Frequently Asked Question

To obtain a PDP or PEI you must go through the following steps:

1. Upload the certificate on your Internet desk;
2. Send this form to servizi.dsa@unibg.it, if you intend to request a PEP, or to servizi.disabili@unibg.it, if you intend to request an IEP;
3. Wait to be contacted by the Disability and Learning Disorders Service to fix a date for the interview with the University Psychopedagogist;
4. Take part in the interview with the University Psychopedagogist;
5. Wait for the relevant communication to collect your PEP or IEP at the Service office.
