Before opening a ticket, look at the FAQ, which can be of immediate help.
To get in touch with the Student Service, the Tax Office and the Right to Study Service, use the Ticket system.
- If you ARE a UniBg student, enter your credentials by selecting "Login".
- If you ARE NOT a UniBg student, select "Open a New Ticket" to submit your request.
NB: Students who are not yet in possession of the enrolment registration number must select "Open a New Ticket".
